Data Deletion Instructions

ClipTier respects your right to control your personal data. If you connected your Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account to ClipTier and wish to have your data deleted, you can do so at any time using the methods described below.

When you connect a social media account to ClipTier, we store the following information associated with that connection:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens (used to publish content on your behalf)
• Your platform account ID and display name
• Your profile picture URL
• Records of posts published through ClipTier (post IDs, timestamps, platform URLs)

We do not store your Facebook/Instagram password, private messages, friend lists, or any content from your social media feeds.

The fastest way to remove your data:

1. Sign in to your ClipTier account at cliptier.com/connections
2. Find the connected account you want to remove
3. Click "Disconnect"

This immediately deletes your stored tokens and connection data from our systems. Published posts remain on the respective platforms — ClipTier does not have the ability to remove content already published to your social accounts.

You can also revoke access directly from Meta's platform:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations
2. Find "ClipTier" in the list
3. Click "Remove"

When you remove ClipTier from Facebook, Meta notifies us via a callback and we automatically delete all stored tokens and connection data associated with your account within 24 hours.

Include the email address associated with your ClipTier account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 5 business days.

• All OAuth tokens for the disconnected account are permanently deleted
• Connection metadata (account name, avatar URL) is permanently deleted
• Post history records referencing that connection are anonymized (platform post IDs are removed)
• Any active automations using that connection are paused automatically
• Video clips generated by ClipTier remain in your account unless you separately delete them or your entire account

To delete your entire ClipTier account and all associated data (clips, projects, automations, connections, and billing history), email hello@cliptier.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes).
